1. It took you more than a week to get out of shape. Allow plenty of time to get BACK in shape.

2. Remember results are GUARANTEED when you are consistent and discipline when it comes to working out and eating healthy.

3. If you feel like whatever you do works, DO NOT surrender to processed foods and junks. THIS IS THE OPPOSITE to what you NEED. It will ONLY keep you chubby and miserable

4. Don’t look for magic tricks or miracles. HARD WORK and CONTINUOUS effort is the ONLY true path that leads to your goal

5. Don’t expect progress every day or week. Just like you didn’t realise that you are gaining fat every day, you will not shed off fat VISIBLY every day, but it does NOT mean you’re not getting fitter!

6. Feel PROUD of yourself for whatever little effort you put in your workout,even though you don’t feel like you’ve worked out.

7. Stop relying on the scale. Don’t weigh in every week! You gain muscle it masks fat loss. GO BY clothing size, measure tapes and in HOW YOU FEEL.

8. Be PROUD of yourself for changing your lifestyle. NOT MANY PEOPLE BOTHER or have the DRIVE, so KNOW you’re already a winner.

9. Follow a weight loss approach that is healthy and sustainable for the rest of your life
