How do you sift out what is the truth, fad or plain fraudulent?
* Does it offer a lot of magical cures and promises without too much effort in the program
*Does it require you to perform some obscure exercise or eating habits
*Does the programme mention starvation or abstinence from certain foods?
There are all kinds of diets in the market, a few of which are: liquid diet, the protein diet, the carbohydrate diet, the fruit diet, Most of these diets are temporary measures for losing weight .NOT everyone that follows the latest diet will maintain the weight lost
Yes one can lose weight but generally measure,once you start eating normally again or regular types of food, you usually gain your weight back plus more,
Weight loss needs a healthy approach
A healthy eating habit(have a healthy eating habits(avoiding junks,including more fruits and veggies in your diet, taking atleast 2 litres of water daily, don’t skips meals, avoid processed foods etc) balanced with daily physical activity, is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
